Value and quality of products and services in combination with striving for excellence has always been of utmost importance for me. Quality is always the key to success, and the service orientation that comes with it establishes an attitude towards collaboration that ensures the prosperity of a business.

Nobody can a tackle and accomplish complex tasks in drug discovery, pharmaceutical development, or production on their own. So, I enjoy helping to organize teams in an effective way to define the best strategy that leads to highest product and service standards, to create an environment in which information flows easily, and to make sure that decisions are taken in an informed but timely way at the right level.

I am broadly interested in all kinds of sciences and technologies, but just as much in the mechanisms and psychology of human (team) interaction and communication. Working with individuals and groups in a structured, analytical way is a very satisfying and also fun experience – for all involved.

  • 3 years as CEO of a biotech startup company
  • 5 years international consulting experiences

Project leader for multidisciplinary, global R&D and organizational development projects in organizations of up to 200+ individuals

Extensive international experience and with diverse collaborations in Europe, USA, and Asia.
